1	Keep the bag on the newspaper/ plastic sheet.
2	Remove watch and keep it in the pocket.
3	Remove the bangles or the rings and keep them in a safe place.
4	Open the outer pocket of bag and take out soap dish Containing soap, hand towel, nail brush and small piece of Paper/ plastic sheet.
5	Place the soap box and nail brush on the paper /plastic sheet.
6	Select the washing area.
7	Turn tap on, or ask the family member to pour water.
8	Take medicine container and observe the medicine for colour and consistency from inner pocket.
9	Pour the syrup or tablet in a glass. Pour tablet in a measuring cup or a small bit of paper and give it to patient.
10	Observe for any side effects.
11	Record in notebook or diary about the name of drug and condition of patient.
