| 5 | Remove hand washing articles from lower compartment. |
| 6 | Conform your procedure as per your plane. |
| 7 | Do hand washing. |
| 8 | Remove articles from bag required for procedure. |

| | · Three cotton piece to clean thermometer. |
| | · One gauze piece to clean patient’s axilla. |
| | · One long strip to clean thermometer with soap. |
| | · One bowl to keep cotton piece. |
| | · One kidney tray to keep thermometer. |
| | · Spirit to clean thermometer. |
| 9 | Take one cotton piece to wipe the thermometer from bulb to stem in rotator movement, to prevent irritation of mucus membrane by spirit. Do not discard cotton piece. |
| 10 | Clean patient axilla by gauze piece discard it. |
| 11 | Put thermometer in patient’s axilla for 5 min. |
