| 1. | Make 3 or 4 reverese spirals round the arm until the folds of armpit are reached , then carry bandage over the bshoulder and round the back to emerge under opposite armpit |
| 2. | Next carry on the bandage across the front of chest and round the shoulder |
| 3. | Repeat the figure of eight turn round the shoulder four or more times , until it is completely covered . finally fix bandage in front with safety pin |
